No stranger to these qualities she discovered their great power early on in life. Starting life in the tourism industry at Qantas, she worked in airlines and five star hotels where she was introduced to a range of cultures and religions rich in eclectic experience. She studied how the Tahitians, French and Chinese carved out an existence through respecting their differences when she lived in Tahiti for 3 years.

For ten years she ran Schinella Incentives, a performance improvement company which developed programmes to help improve team’s performance where she learned that the most successful teams were the most diverse, able to acknowledge their differences and build on trust
through their strengths.

She loves to help organisations add dollars straight to their bottom line through improved communication which translates to reduced staff turnover & hiring costs and increased employee engagement.

Today as a keynote speaker, consultant and facilitator she works with businesses to create cultures rich with diversity and clear respectful conversations. Her recent clients include Tourism Australia, the Bunnings Group, ADCO Constructions, the Project Management Institute of New Zealand, Sydney Water, Jetset Travel World, and the Volkswagen Group.

She is the author of “Bite Me! and other do’s and don’ts of dealing with our differences” but Lynne’s real talent lies in her informal practical style, her ability to connect across divers groups and her ability to make the complex simple.
