Modi congratulates John Key on re-election as PM of New Zealand
New Delhi: The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated Mr. John Key for being re-elected for the third term as the Prime Minister of New Zealand. “Congratulations to Mr. John Key & the New Zealand National Party for the victory in the General Election,” the Prime Minister said.
PM greets Japanese PM Shinzo Abe on his birthday
Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has tweeted birthday greetings to Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Shinzo Abe. ”I pray for Mr. Shinzo Abe`s long life, good health and wish him the best in leading Japan to new heights of progress,” the Prime Minister said.
The Prime Minister went on to praise the leadership of Prime Minister Abe and emphasized both countries` commitment to promoting Indo-Japan relations. “Whenever I interact with him, I cannot but marvel at his insight and expertise on a wide range of issues, both local and international. Both PM Abe and I are committed to taking India-Japan relations to the next level and contributing to global peace and development,” the Prime Minister said.
