Congress demands restoring International Financial Hub to Mumbai

[vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_column_text]Mumbai: A 25 – member delegation of Mumbai Regional Congresss Committee led by President Sanjay Nirupam and comprising party leaders Suresh Shetty, Aslam Shaikh, Varsha Gaikwad, Amin Patel, Charanjit Singh Sapra, Susiieben Patel and others met the Governor of Maharashtra Ch Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Wednesday (1 April). The delegation presented two separate memorandums to the Governor, 1. Opposing the alleged shifting of the proposed International Financial Hub from Mumbai to Ahmedabad in Gujarat and 2. Seeking investigation in the issue of awarding of contract of installing LED bulbs in Mumbai ‘without following due process’.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
